1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 1jji platform — including the website, mobile browser experience, sports betting section, casino games, fish games, bingo and any other features offered — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 3 Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on 1jji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, different contact details or using a different device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds and withhold any bonus funds obtained through the additional accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person, and do not allow anyone else to use your account. 1jji cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account funds are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your 1jji account or any balance within it to another person. Doing so constitutes a breach of these terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 1jji are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit channels currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, prepaid debit cards and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time and is subject to the operational status of each channel at the time of your deposit.

Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit your 1jji account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet side. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take somewhat longer depending on the transferring institution. 1jji does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can genuinely afford to use for gaming and betting entertainment. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 1jji account are processed in PKR to your nominated payment channel. The withdrawal channel must be in your own name and match the identity details registered on your account. 1jji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa are within a few hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. VIP players at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 1jji may require identity verification to be completed if it has not already been done on the account. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Sports Betting Rules

By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the following general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after submission except where a cash-out feature is available and actively offered for the specific market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or declared void before the required completion point defined in the relevant market rules, 1jji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

8 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games and fish shooting games available on 1jji use a certified random number generator (RNG) system to determine outcomes. The RNG is designed to ensure that all results are independent, unpredictable and free from any manipulation. Past outcomes have no influence on future results in any game on the platform.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round has been initiated and a fault occurs before the outcome is determined, the round will be voided and your stake will be returned to your account balance.
